Designers have taken a sharp turn in Menswear fashion for Spring Summer 2015. Looks like we are coming out of the “dark ages” and that with a twist and a really short notice.
Red, pink, green, blue and orange are the main colours on the palette in their both bold and pastel versions over crepe, chiffon, satin, taffetas and shiny silks. Embroideries, monograms, stripes, dots and prints are present almost all collections, as well as ethnic and western motifs. A total spring bloom, for which I am sure most of us are not ready yet (and some may never be).
Silhouettes are more fitted, structured and elaborate and the look becomes more sophisticated, leaving a bit behind the draperies.
On the other hand, we do see a lot of white, beige, bordeaux, brown and earthy tones in beautiful silk fabrics in either overlapping layers or polished cuts.
Menswear has definitely seen better seasons, but in spite of that here are some of my top looks:
